Made in Provence Collection rouge 2018

The Made in Provence Collection (MIP Collection) Red is a strong cuvée from the Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties. Intense on the nose, it smells of candied red fruits with a soft woody note. Delicate yet powerful on the palate with a long finish. Ideal with grilled meat, cheese or Mediterranean cuisine in general.

Vineyard location: Puyloubier municipality, at the foot of the Montagne Sainte Victoire, approx. 30km east of Aix-en-Provence, France.
Grape varieties: 80% Syrah, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon
Maturation: 6 months in 600l French oak barrels
Alcohol: 14.5% vol.
Optimum drinking temperature between 14°C and 18°C. Decanting is recommended.
